Our cottage is perfect for two couples or a family of four seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay in rural Northamptonshire. Spacious, calm and thoughtfully finished, it’s a place to slow down and settle in. Step outside and you’re surrounded by open countryside, quiet lanes and footpaths waiting to be explored. Whether you’re here to cycle the winding country roads, write in a quiet corner with a view, visit local towns, or simply sink into the rhythm of village life, the cottage offers a homely retreat where you can rest, recharge and make the days your own.

Stays start from £295 per night*
50% deposit taking at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your stay

*Cleaning is an additional charge and will be determined by the length of your stay

  • 14+ days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit

  • 7–13 days before arrival: 50% of the remaining balance refunded

  • 6 days or fewer before arrival: No refund
